Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Because digital items cannot be “returned,” all digital product sales are final, unless otherwise stated.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
You may not copy, resale, share, distribute, or modify our digital products.
Coaching Services
Coaching sessions may take place via video call, phone, or other online platforms.
Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:
Arrive on time
Participate in good faith
Understand coaching is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical services
Appointment Changes
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice.
Sessions cancelled late may be forfeited.
Payments & Billing
We accept payments through secure third-party processors.
By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Refund Policy
Digital products: No refunds
Coaching packages: Refunds only if specified in a written agreement
Courses or programs: Policies vary per program and will be stated at purchase
Intellectual Property
All website content, digital products, templates, videos, graphics, text, and branding are the property of Bransand Solutions & Services Inc.
You may not:

Resell
Claim ownership
Violations may result in legal action.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass or abuse our staff or other users
